They might never revisit this part of Finn's story, but saying that Finn's father was dishonorably discharged (I know it's canon now) just doesn't ring true to me, personally. I can accept the rest, fine, but that just struck me as "overkill", as if they were wanting to drop an anvil on any prospect of him actually enlisting. I really felt for Finn when he was talking about in Breadstix, though, I mean like an "MTE" reaction...
